At Tropical Fish Company, we aim to provide you with the best possible experience. Please review our refund and return policy below for details on how we handle returns, refunds, and guarantees.

1. Store Credit Only:
We offer STORE CREDIT ONLY for any returns or refunds. We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.
2. Livestock Return Policy:
Livestock, once purchased, cannot be returned. ALL LIVESTOCK SALES ARE FINAL. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the well-being of our aquatic creatures.
3. Livestock Alive Guarantee:
For your peace of mind, we extend a 2 hour Livestock Alive Guarantee. In the unfortunate event of a Dead on Arrival (DOA) incident within 2 hours of the arrival (Based on delivery time), you are eligible to receive store credit for the value of the lost livestock. This guarantee does not cover any shipping charges that may have been included in the purchase.

Ground shipping is available for all dry goods and livestock. The live arrival guarantee is only applicable to ground shipments within the one-day delivery range. This includes most of North Carolina and South Carolina, as well as parts of Tennessee, Virginia, and Georgia. Ground shipments with estimated delivery times exceeding one day do not qualify for the live arrival guarantee. 

4. Exclusion of Shipping Charges:
Please note that shipping charges are excluded from any refund or store credit. The credit provided under our Livestock Alive Guarantee is applicable only to the value of the lost livestock.
